Ways I Work

I tend to be involved at moments where things feel slightly stuck. Not because the vision is missing, but because it’s hard to translate.

That work often looks like:

  • making sense of ideas that don’t yet have a clear shape
  • finding language for work that’s experiential, place‑based or values‑led
  • creating enough structure to support momentum, without forcing premature decisions
  • helping projects communicate clearly without flattening what makes them distinct

Sometimes this happens through conversation. Sometimes through frameworks, writing, mapping or pattern‑spotting. The format is usually less important than the quality of attention being given.
